Introduction
Cordatus Resource Group is an offshore staffing and business process outsourcing (BPO) firm.
In our capacity as an offshore staffing firm, we identify staff for clients according to client-provided job descriptions, equip selected staff with all necessary computing tools and accessories, and payroll those staff for the duration of the staffing contract.
In our capacity as a BPO firm, we provide contract-based, remote services to clients in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, financial analysis, IT support, customer support (call center), outbound sales, marketing, and general business administration.
We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. These clauses have been enhanced based on the guidance of the European Data Protection Board and will be updated when the new draft model clauses are approved.
Depending on the circumstance, Cordatus Resource Group also collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data with consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Cordatus Resource Group in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Cordatus Resource Group endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with Cordatus Resource Group and the practices described in this Privacy Statement. Cordatus Resource Group also enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors whenever feasible and appropriate. Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by Cordatus Resource Group on the servers of the cloud-based data management services that Cordatus Resource Group engages, located in the United States. The Cordatus Resource Group retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Cordatus Resource Group and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Cordatus Resource Group’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Cordatus Resource Group’s services. Cordatus Resource Group retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Cordatus Resource Group systems. All personal data that Cordatus Resource Group controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
